You can search for the dates of exhibitions and fairs on the Internet. All events can be seen under the category Trade fairs.

On the Internet you can find information on exhibitors, visitors or media at the website of the event in question, under the category Trade fairs.

The exact opening hours of the events in question can be seen on the Internet , under the category Tade fairs in the section Visitors

On the Internet: Information on all special events and congresses can be found on the website of the respective fair or exhibition under the category "Supporting programme".

During fairs and exhibitions you can purchase the exhibition catalogue at the information stands at the entrances. Depending on the event, the catalogue may also be included in the admission price and will be distributed at the fair.

Before or after the fair you can order a catalogue via the respective homepage. Please remember that, as a rule, catalogues can only be shipped if paid in advance. You can order the catalogue under the category "Visitors" on the respective homepage.

Please note that our catalogues will not be published until the week of the fair or exhibition.

On the Internet - on the website of the event in question in the category "Visitors" - you will find information on admission prices and possible discounts. All events are listed under the category Trade fairs.

A trade fair can only be visited by a select group of trade visitors. The exhibitors decide who belongs to the admitted group of trade visitors and how they can register for the fair. Trade visitors are only registered as such if they can provide proof that they are a bonafide member of the industry.

These fairs are only open to a select group of trade visitors. The branches of industry admitted are listed on the websites of the events in question, e.g.:

Purchase of tickets for fairs open to the public:
Visitors can purchase tickets online on the respective website of the event approx. two months in advance. This saves waiting when visiting the fair.

Purchase of tickers for trade fairs:
For our trade fairs an additional proof of membership in the admitted branches of industry must be provided. Information is available on the website of the events in question under "Visitors", e.g.:

You register in the respective online shop with your personal data. Then you select your tickets. You can pay either by direct debit (only within Germany) or by credit card (Mastercard, VISA, American Express). When payment is accepted, you can print out your ticket (pdf file) and the related invoice.

Should your navigation system not accept "Neue Messe 1", please select "Allmannsweilerstraße" and then follow the signs "Messe".

Visitors can stay overnight at the fairground on P Ost 2 – either on the camping site or the parking space for caravans/mobile homes.
Sanitary facilities such as water and power supply (water supply depends on the weather conditions) are available. The price per campsite is 15 €/night.
Bookings can only be made directly with the camping site management during normal opening hours of the fair.

There is sufficient parking space available. You will be guided to free spaces by our parking attendants. For disabled visitors there are reserved spaces near the entrances.

Taxi stands are located at the entrances to Messe Friedrichshafen.

Hotels, B&Bs and holiday flats are listed under "Travel & Accomodation". If you use our room request form you will be provided with a suitable accommodation.

Yes, you will find a meeting point at our information stands in the entrance area.

You can leave coats or luggage in our entrance areas WEST and OST. Coats and bags cost 1.50 € per piece. Baggage compartments 3 €, and luggage lockers are also available for 2 €.

All exhibition halls, the outdoor area and the press and congress centres in Friedrichshafen are equipped with W-LAN.
Newer computers are often already equipped with an integrated W-LAN function.

Yes. It is located between halls A2 and A3. The opening hours are in line with the respective fair. The kindergarten is available free of charge for 3 to 6-year-olds. The kindergarten is not open during every event. More information is available on the website of the event in question under FAQs.

Yes. Dogs are permitted if they are leashed. For some events dogs need a valid pet passport (inoculation must have been administered at least 4 weeks, but not longer than one year before).

There is a limited number of wheelchairs available. A provisional reservation is not possible. Please contact our box office staff during the event.
