Messe Friedrichshafen is simply different!
Messe Friedrichshafen ranks among Germany's leading trade fair companies. Many of our trade fairs hold a leading position or rank among the top events in their respective industries, and there are good reasons for that.
Our grounds impress with their diverse and flexible usage possibilities. Functionality and emotion combine into a unique symbiosis, making success predictable. Our compact exhibition grounds, with modern halls, offer opportunities that go far beyond the classic trade fair sector: Messe See, Atrium, Static Display area, outdoor spaces, automotive test tracks, Messe-Alm, or halls with hangar doors – these are emotional highlights that are unique in the trade fair landscape.
Whether guest events, company events, live concerts, congresses, or sports events – we provide the ideal setting for all.
87,500 m² of exhibition space, spread over 12 halls and 2 entrance foyers, are waiting for you. In addition, the enchanting Lake Constance landscape itself provides ample motivation
for a visit.
History of Messe Friedrichshafen
In April 1950, the first International Lake Constance Fair, known as IBO, opened on the school grounds between Pestalozzi School and today’s Graf Zeppelin Gymnasium in Friedrichshafen.
